Conditions of stay and park rules:

The following guidelines are for your safety and comfort as well as our other guests. Please read them carefully.

  • RECEPTION HOURS:
    Mon-Fri 9:00-11:00 & 3:00-6:00
    SAT-9:00-10:00 & 2:00-4:00 SUN: 10:00-11:00 & 2:00-4:00
  • CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Site fees are calculated until 10:00am on the day of departure. check in 2:00pm-check out 10:00am
  • SITES & FEES: All fees are to be paid in full upon arrival, extra person charges may apply. only one vehicle per cabin/site allowed.
  • Cancellation Policy: If for any reason including COVID, a reservation is cancelled, and notification is provided more than 48 hours prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee of $50.00. Cancellation within 48 hours of arrival will forfeit the full deposit. No refunds for early departure.
  • BOOKINGS: Security-A credit card must be produced in the name of the person staying at the park on check in. Any damage caused by you or your guests during your stay may be charged against that card.
  • SPEED LIMIT: The speed limit in the park is Skm/h which is walking pace and applies to the entire park, if you exceed this it will be brought to your attention. If you exceed this again, you will be asked to leave the park. All roads within the park are shared by pedestrians and motorists.
  • CARAVANS AND TRAILERS: All vans and trailers must be placed onto the site so the drawbar, is facing the road for access so immediate removal can be undertaken in case of an emergency.
  • KEYS: Keys to be returned to reception or placed in the early departure key box when departing. A charge will apply for unreturned keys.
  • CHILDREN: Guests are responsible for their own children at all times. Children under 12 Must be accompanied by an adult when using the amenities. Management takes NO responsibility for children unsupervised within the park.
  • BUNK BEDS: Australian standards relate to the use of bunk beds and state that: “children under the age of 9 years are not recommended to use the top bunk. Also, children must not play on the top bunk.”
  • BBQ AREA: Please clean the barbecue after use. Please clean the table, benches, appliances and equipment after use and leave tidy for the next guests.
  • BICYCLES/SCOOTERS ETC: Use of electric scooters, electric bicycles, skateboards and drones are strictly prohibited. Riding of bikes/scooters etc. is allowed during daylight hours ONLY and on roadways ONLY (not across sites or on footpaths, grass banks, gardens and around the amenities block). Bicycles must be ridden on the roads within the park at the speed limit of maximum Skm/h. Park staff will advise of out of bounds areas.
    EVERYONE MUST WEAR A HELMET when riding or on a scooter etc. at all times.
  • AMENITIES: Children under 12 years of age MUST be accompanied by an adult. Hand basins and laundry tubs are NOT to be used to bath children or wash dishes.
  • LAUNDRY: Laundry equipment MUST be left clean after use. $1:00 and $2:00 coins needed for use. ($5.00 per load to wash and $3.00 per 20min to dry). If you wish to hang clothes to dry, please use the clothesline provided. The placing of ropes between trees, power points, etc. is NOT allowed.
  • QUIET TIME: All loud noise MUST cease from 10:00pm till 8:00am, Use of generators is NOT permitted. Undue noise and inconsiderate behaviour in any form is NOT permitted. Abusive language or excessive noise will NOT be tolerated at any time.
  • GARBAGE: Garbage bins are provided throughout the property for your convenience. Please assist by wrapping all garbage prior to its disposal and unfolding boxes, cartons etc.
  • PARK GROUNDS AND GARDENS: Please DO NOT walk or play in designated gardens. Please DO NOT enter in restricted or private areas.
  • VISITORS: All visitors to report to reception before entering the park. All guests and visitors must comply with park rules. Patrons are reminded that they are responsible for their children’s and visitors’ observance of the park rules..
  • FIRES, FLOORING & TRENCHING: Open fires are NOT permitted at any time. Flooring and tarps are NOT permitted on grass sites. Trenching around tents or annexes is NOT permitted.
  • CARE: Care must be taken of your own possessions. Your property (including your motor vehicle) is your responsibility. Mangement takes NO responsibility for theft or damage. NO refunds or reimbursements for loss or damage will be given.
  • INTOXICATION/UNLAWFUL ACTS: Excessive use of alcohol is an unacceptable condition of stay. Violence, use of illegal drugs, theft, vandalism and abuse (physical or verbal) will NOT be tolerated. Please understand it will be our duty to notify the police and will result in termination of your stay. Alcohol free areas include the amenities, office and laundry area.
  • EVICTION: We reserve the right to evict guests from the park who are deemed by management to be: behaving in socially unacceptable way, causing damage, disturbing other guests, using unacceptable language, breaking the park condition of stay, having extra persons on any site that were not declared at check in. No refund will be given, and charges will apply for any damage caused.
  • EVACUATION PROCEDURE: Displayed in reception, amenities and in cabins.
  • SMOKING: (smoke Free Act 2000)-smoking is prohibited in cabins, buildings and communal areas. A $200 fee will be applied to your credit card with failure to comply with this NO SMOKING policy.
We are a Pet Friendly Caravan Park but DO NOT provide Pet Friendly Cabins.

Due to Environmental Health & Safety regulations pets of any kind are prohibited from being inside our Park Cabins. This excludes Registered Assistance Animal owners who must hold an Assistance Animal Pass.
Rules and regulations of having pets within our park :

  • Pets MUST BE ON A LEASH AT ALL TIMES while not in a van or tent or other accommodation; there are no exceptions. A leash must be no more than two metres in length. No pet ‘RUNS’ are to be operated by dog owners.
  • All pets must be supervised at all times and never left unattended, Including inside a tent, caravan, campervan or other accommodation
  • For Health and Safety reasons, pets are not allowed in any common areas of the park. l.e. camp kitchen, amenities (including laundry), reception or any public areas.
  • Pet owners are 100% responsible for picking up and disposing of their pet’s waste in a sealed plastic bag and disposed of in rubbish bins.
  • For Health and Safety reasons, pets must not be washed or cleaned in the Showers, Camp kitchen and Laundry. Additionally, any pet-related accessories such as dog/cat blankets can only be washed using the pet friendly washing machine located in the Laundry.
  • If a guest or resident is found to have a pet inside any cabin, they will be charged a Fumigation & Cleaning Fee (from $250).
  • Pet owners are personally responsible, and will be held to be so, for any and all personal injuries and/or property damage or losses in relation to any actions caused by or because of their pet.
  • The dog owner must agree that the Park Manager reserves the right to evict any guests whose dog is deemed noisy, disruptive, and aggressive or the subject of a complaint/s from other guests. It is the dog owner’s sole responsibility to control and manage their dog. If in the view of park management this has not happened to an acceptable level, the owner and the dog may be evicted from the park immediately.

If you are on a powered site and unable to get television you may require a coaxial (aerial) cable you can plug into our aerial box. These are available from reception, please return your cable on the day of leaving.
